The role includes overseeing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online bookings and revenue for Ehjezly portal.
The Marketing and Social Media Executive will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and online traffic for our booking portal. This position requires a creative and strategic individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and a passion for social media.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement integrated marketing and social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase online traffic.
• Plan, organize, and oversee advertising campaigns and promotional events, including social media, digital marketing, and traditional media (e.g., TV), to support the company's objectives.
• Manage social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand voice and engaging with the community.
• Research and develop content strategies that align with the latest digital marketing and social media trends, creating and publishing posts that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling images and videos for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer preferences, using these insights to guide marketing strategies.
• Write and edit copies for diverse marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, website content, and social media posts, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, creating reports on key metrics and making data-driven recommendations to optimize future initiatives
• Foster relationships with media vendors, publishers, and industry influencers to support promotional activities, build partnerships, and expand the brand's reach
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, managing conversations, and promoting user-generated content to
build a loyal customer base
• Connect with industry influencers for brand collaborations and identify opportunities for influencer marketing,
• Support budget planning and expense monitoring to ensure effective use of resources across all marketing activities
Qualifications
• Proven 7 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing best practices, with a portfolio of past social media campaigns as an asset
• Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot) and social media management tools
