We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to oversee client relationships, ensure successful campaign execution, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, client management, and strategic planning. They should be able to manage multiple accounts while ensuring client satisfaction and delivering measurable results.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and expectations.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, content, and analytics) to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts and increase revenue.
- Ensure all client deliverables are met on time, within scope, and aligned with the brand’s objectives.
- Address and resolve client concerns proactively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic guidance.
- Work closely with media buyers and creative teams to ensure campaign success across digital platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience social media marketing, performance marketing, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and present actionable insights to the client.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
