We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in performance marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, and analytics. They will be responsible for overseeing digital campaigns, managing a marketing team, and optimizing performance across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Data Studio, and Meta Business Manager.
Optimize digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI and lead generation.
Collaborate with the creative, content, and media teams to develop engaging and effective marketing materials.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to refine marketing strategies.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, Ai Tools, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
Track and report key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers, ensuring high productivity and performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven expertise in social media marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, Google Data Studio, and CRM platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies based on insights.
Experience in the GCC market and medical field is a must.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
