Key Responsibilities:
Participate in Video Meetings: Attend scheduled virtual meetings, providing support as needed, and ensuring effective communication.
Task Assistance: Provide general assistance with various tasks as assigned by the manager or team, helping with day-to-day operations.
Customer Service: Handle customer service tickets efficiently, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Email & Calendar Management: Assist with managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing calendars.
Data Entry & Research: Conduct research and input data into relevant systems or documents as needed.
General Administrative Support: Provide various administrative and operational support to the team or individual executives.
Skills
Good in Arabic and English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with virtual tools like video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) and project management tools.
Equipment Requirements: A working laptop and a reliable internet connection.
Availability for Night Shifts: Willingness to work during night shifts, if applicable based on business needs.
Professional & Positive Attitude: Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude while performing tasks.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle various issues and challenges with efficiency and a calm approach.
