- Issuing all the quotations and working orders for our clients.
- Handle and correspondence E-mails.
- Assign Interpreters, Videographer & photographer for the event.
- Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
Skills
- Minimum 1 year Experience
- Bachelor or equivalent Preferable Mass Communication degree
- Fluent in English
- Excellent MS Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Good observing Skills
- Detail oriented
- Quick learner
- High Communication skills
- Preferable Areas : Hadayak Al Ahram , Faisal , El Haram, October, El Sheikh Zayed
