Job Description
- Issuing all the quotations and working orders for our clients.
- Handle and correspondence E-mails.
- Understand requirements for each event
- Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
- Manage all event operation such as book venues ,setup, flowers arrangement, Branding, group travelling details and Hotel group booking
- Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standard
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Assign Interpreters, Videographer & photographer for the event.
- Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
Skills
- Bachelor degree preferred Mass communication
- Excellent command in English
- Excellent MS Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Good observing Skills
- Detail-oriented
- Quick learner
- High Communication skills
- Preferable areas: Hadayak Al Ahram, Faisal , El Haram, October, El Sheikh Zayed
